Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Jorge Luis Severino (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” or the “Store Owner”) collects, uses, stores and shares personal information through jorgeseverino.org (the “Website”). The Website presents the paintings and artistic legacy of Jorge Severino and may offer authorized artwork reproductions, posters and prints through its online store.

Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Website, we may process the following categories of personal information:
- Contact and correspondence: name, email address, subject, message contents and information you voluntarily provide through contact forms or email.
- Account information: name, username, email address, saved addresses, account preferences and order history where accounts are offered.
- Order and delivery information: purchased items, order numbers, billing and delivery names and addresses, phone numbers if required for fulfilment, order status, shipping details and customer service records.
- Payment-related information: the payment method, transaction reference, amount, currency and payment status returned by a payment provider. Full payment-card credentials, when applicable, are handled by the payment service provider rather than stored directly by this Website.
- Device and technical information: IP address, browser and device characteristics, language settings, timestamps, security logs and necessary cookie or session identifiers.
- Optional communications and measurement: newsletter preferences or analytics information where the relevant feature is used and any consent required by law has been obtained.

Online Store and Print Fulfilment
The Website uses WooCommerce technology to support catalogue pages, customer accounts, carts, checkout and order records. When you place an order, the details needed to fulfil and support that order may be made available to the Store Owner and authorized service providers.
If third-party print-on-demand fulfilment is enabled for a product, information needed to print and deliver the order (such as the selected artwork or product, quantity, recipient name and delivery address) may be shared with the fulfilment provider, including Gelato where that integration is connected and used. Delivery carriers may receive the information required for shipping and tracking.
Payments, once enabled, may be handled by a third-party payment processor. Payment methods and the identity of the provider will be shown in the checkout process, and the processor’s own privacy terms may also apply. We do not represent that a particular payment processor or print service is active for every purchase.
Service Providers and Disclosure
We may disclose relevant personal information only when appropriate for the purposes described in this policy, including to:
- Website hosting, storage, technical support and email-delivery service providers.
- WooCommerce-related service providers and necessary website maintenance or security providers, acting within their authorized roles.
- Payment processors, fraud-prevention partners, printing/fulfilment providers and delivery carriers when an order requires their services.
